Fully universal, the MAG PLATE KIT or MAG-1 works on all phone models. The mag plate was designed to keep your everyday case on your phone all the time and still use our universal optic adapter (uni-2), no need to change cases when you are ready to digiscope. Always have access to your phones camera options and flashlight . The mag plate kit uses earth magnets for a quick solid connection. Mount the mag plate receiver tab to your smartphone case using the supplied 3mVHB tape and your ready to digiscope. Super fast & a low profile design. Quickly slide over your standard lens or tele lens using the supplied wing nut. Gen 2 optic adapter works on eye cup sizes from 1.2 – 2.4 inches.

One of the best designs. I went back and fourth between all the latest digi scope adapters. They all have pros and cons and this one balances those the best. It works with all spotting scope and binoculars, no need for multiple adapters and no special phone case the repurchase when I switch phones. I used it all week on an antelope hunt and it’s very quick to deploy. Only negatives is there’s a little play between the magnet and the metal plate that goes on the phone. This can cause a shift in the camera alignment the other negative is it keeps the camera a little further away from the eyepiece and there’s slightly more vignetting because of it. Still it fit my needs the best.

The only time I have used it, I didn’t understand all the settings on the ProCam 8 App, and my new phone, so I had a few issues. However those are resolved now. It is very easy to use, and I love its functionality. I think I am going to be very happy with it.

I got to break in this bad boy on a mule deer hunt and it was fantastic! Being able to attach my phone to a scope or even my binos was the best part. I always disliked the bulky phone cases with the protruding scope attachment and only being fitted to a specific scope. With the scope cam, I just had to attach the metal plate to the back on my current case and we are g2g to attach to all scope and binos. Best scope attachment ever!

I love this adapter. Only minor complaint is that when installed, I can not use my case for wireless charging. But cases are cheap enough I’ll just buy another for the off season.
Out of all the similar adapter options this is by far the best I’ve found. No phone specific case, no scope specific adapter. Use the one adapter on practically any scope or binos you have. And compared to a similar option out there, there is no adjusting the phone position each time you attach it, it clicks into place every time.

The magnetic cam adapter is the ultimate tool for digiscoping. I am very particular about gear/ equipment and this system is flawless. I was a little nervous about which lens to setup for as my iphone 14 has two… this system makes it easy to run either with the quick change winged nut and the spare peice of double sided tape is a nice touch as i have since switched cases on my phone. Easy to set up and use. I like that my friends and I can easily swap my set up between each others optics while hunting. You don’t notice the backplate on your phone case and I can switch from spotting scope to binos or vice versa in a matter of seconds. Overall it is a great product. The only thing I did not like, was the fact I had to buy a different phone case. I have an Otterbox and with the mag plate attached to the back, it was too heavy for the backing of the phone case. It would not line up on the camera lenses. I had to buy another mag plate with the sticky adhesive to go on a new phone case I just bought.

All of the parts are of highest quality . It only takes a few secones to set up the unit on to the the cope. What I like is the unit is light and you can position the camera in the vertical are horizontal position. The only thing that you have to be sure of is that you put the mag. plate in the correct position on your camera case so that the arms reaches the lens in the correct position. I looked at serval scope adapters. This is by far the best built, fastest to connect and the smallest. The customer service is great. I wish they would make a mount so that I could put my 35 mm Nikon on my scope. Those that i have tried are junk.

This version is the easiest to attach and remove from my iPhone. I did need to buy another case with a lower lip around the cameras, but once installed this works very well and is easy to return the phone to normal use. With this set-up, I can leave the optic adapter and swivel plate attached to my binocular, then quickly snap my phone onto the set-up.

I found that the adhesive tape for the receiver plate was not strong enough. I used some epoxy to hold it to the phone case. Other than that, everything worked fine. Alignment was easy.

I was very happy to receive my new Mag-1 Multi Position Mag Plate Kit. It does not disappoint me. I bought this kit to replace an older competition’s version of a universal digiscoping adapter kit. It was awkward to use. This adapter kit is by far superior to my other kit. My main reason for buying this adapter is because I can use the same adapter on my Vortex binoculars and my Vortex spotting scope- nothing extra needed . The set up is better than I expected.
