We use USPS and UPS shipping services. Our goal is to keep our customers happy and provide them with a receiving time of 3-7 days. A tracking number will be emailed to the email address listed on the order.

Overview
nOur refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange however we will work with you the best we can.nnAdditional non-returnable items:n

Refunds
nOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.nnIf you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7 days to reflect back yo yor CC.nnLate or missing refundsnnIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank and then us info@scopecamadapter.comn
Exchanges
nIf you ordered the wrong product or need to exchange products email us at info@scopecamadapter.com. We will get back to you in a timely manner and get thigs figured out.n
Shipping returns
nTo return your product, you should mail your product to: ScopeCam Adapter, 295 South Foothill Dr., Monroe Utah 84754. Inside the return leave a reminder note with details on what you are needing/wanting. info@scopecamadapter.comnnYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.nnDepending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.nnIf you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.n
