The Ultimate Digiscoping Adapters

I'm using a GoPro hero 11 with Swarovski 15x56 binoculars. Maybe I am reading the one line of instructions incorrectly but it doesn't work. When attached to the adapter the camera is too far away from the binocular eyepiece. Maybe I set it up wrong, like I said it had one line of vague instructions.
